Shipping Policy: All order are prepared on weekends and will be shipped the upcoming week. Shipping time frame is usually 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual to arrive to your destination. You may request a tracking number once your order has been shipped. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products after the order has been shipped. I personally check and make sure all products are in good standing before being sent.
Return and Exchange Policies: Due to the virus, I cannot accept any exchanges or returns. Therefore, all sales are final. If any issue arises, please DM me directly to resolve the issue. Pictures/videos will need to be submitted as well.
Ingredient and Product Policies: A list of ingredients is sent with every product. You may also DM me at any time if you have any questions or concerns. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to an ingredient (eg. coconut oil), you may make a special request before ordering and I can change my recipes to fit your needs. If I am not made aware of an issue before the product is prepared and shipped, I am not liable for any sensitivities to the product.
